What is your return policy?
All covers are custom made and we double check the measurements with you before manufacturing. Once the cover is made all sales are final but we will try and work with you. We may accept returns due to unforeseen circumstances; however, you must contact our office at 905.259.4514 within 10 days of purchase. We will give you instructions on how to send your return.
If the product is not in its original condition or has been opened or used, no return will be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
A $20 processing fee applies to all refunds.
